      Assisting students and adults with disabilities

      Cons

      No company in-house software to keep track of students or adults. Some upper management employees have no college degrees. Every student or adult is valued by profit. Employees are underpaid and stretched thin, scrambling to pick up pieces.

      Has excellent work - life balance and the company really cares about you. Put hard work in and you will get great results out.

      Wonderful kids and *some* great staff

      Cons

      Everything else. Admin prioritizes their friends and favorites, and completely disregard and disrespect everyone else. They are beyond unprofessional, especially the currrnt “principal”
