Pros

Assisting students and adults with disabilities

Cons

No company in-house software to keep track of students or adults. Some upper management employees have no college degrees. Every student or adult is valued by profit. Employees are underpaid and stretched thin, scrambling to pick up pieces.

Pros

The kids are special Ed students and can be a joya joy I love my classroom and teacher and coworkers

Cons

Kids can be violent and act out far moreso than mainstream classroom Admin focused on checking boxes and input from paraprofessionals are minimized Very few trainings include Paras....w the exception of required yearly trainings. Paras input minimized. You have to learn safety training in case kids attack you
