High priority on safety. Our business unit pays well. Yearly bonuses for all employees.
Cons
Benefits aren't great, high medical deductibles. No maternity leave (short-term disability is available but does not cover full 12 weeks of FMLA) and only 15 days of vacation for the first 8 years of employment.
