      Remote 100% - télétravail possible jusqu’à 6 mois par année Bonne assurance santé Flexibilité horaires 5 semaines de congé par année (en comptant les congés maladie) Environnement international dynamique Clients d’envergure

      Il n’y a plus de culture d’entreprise comme avant, le bien-être des employés est mis au second plan et c’est vendre des contrats / regarder les chiffriers qui comptent Environnement de travail devenu toxique et stressant/instable Ça devient une boîte qui ne prend pas les meilleures décisions en ce moment et gros manque de communication interne… c’est dommage

      Great well known clients & interesting projects.

      Cons

      There are no growth opportunities; people managers don't know how to lead; there are layoffs every 2 months for the past 18 months; there is no training (employees are told to learn on their own time / weekends) because if they are not >50% chargeable, they are on the RIF list. The company grew through acquisitions but never integrated or unified the various companies. There are no standard processes, everything is ad hoc. There were no raises this year and no bonuses either of the last 2 years.
