Role discussed during the interview is not the role you end up doing. Chaotic and unstructured. Teams keep changing the agreed goals and plans from meeting to meeting. HR resolves issues by involving people that are unconnected to it. This is uncomfortable and strange. Promised fully remote working, then changed it to one office multiple times a week, then changed it to offices that are far away. Even though people hardly come into the office. A lot of time and energy was wasted on things like this.
