Pros

In the earlier K+C days, the culture was genuinely positive, with strong morale and people happy to contribute to the team and their projects. Many colleagues remain brilliant, supportive, and hard-working, which has been one of the best aspects of working here

Cons

Leadership feels very homogenous and lacks diversity, which has negatively affected decision-making and culture. Recent changes show a strong focus on budget cuts, often at the expense of people and long-term quality. The repeated rounds of redundancies create a constant sense of uncertainty — like a game of battleships: will I be hit this round or the next? Many great colleagues have been lost, leaving the workplace feeling dehumanising, as though we’re just numbers on a spreadsheet. There has also been a noticeable shift toward replacing UK employees with lower-cost hires overseas, which has weakened collaboration, working relationships, and overall output quality. On top of that, budget cuts have removed much of the software that made the job efficient and enjoyable, forcing staff to work with outdated tools. The culture has declined significantly as a result.

Pros

Great work environment. Real commitment to diversity that goes beyond the surface level.

Cons

Thin spread of employees that results in a lot of work on each contributor individually.

Pros

Great well known clients & interesting projects.

Cons

There are no growth opportunities; people managers don't know how to lead; there are layoffs every 2 months for the past 18 months; there is no training (employees are told to learn on their own time / weekends) because if they are not >50% chargeable, they are on the RIF list. The company grew through acquisitions but never integrated or unified the various companies. There are no standard processes, everything is ad hoc. There were no raises this year and no bonuses either of the last 2 years.
