I joined with a lot of expectations but was totally disappointed within six months of my tenure in the organization. ValueFirst gives more value to unproductive people who speaks their manager's language. Lot of politics, unhealthy gossiping, unwanted parties, inexperienced HR in handling employee issues are some of the key attributes.
