Vantaca offers a dynamic work environment built around trust and agency. The company has a strong philosophical approach to solving real-world problems, and that translates to direction and purpose for the team. Vantaca holds its people to a high standard, and that has helped catapult the company to the position of market leader and innovator in a relatively short time. The products and services are remarkable, unique, and offer something more than the traditional competitors. Customers consistently rate the software and experiences highly through review sites and NPS surveys. And every time you ask them their favorite thing about Vantaca, the answer is always the people. Vantaca does an exceptional job hiring top talent and genuinely good people who care. Leadership is approachable and collaborative, and employees are encouraged to try things and make things better for our customers without allowing the company to fall into the Big Company Bull(stuff).

Cons

Because employees are empowered, experimental, and willing to go out on a limb to make things better, that can at times create siloes and lack of coordination. Folks are laser focused on improving things in their own functional expertise that teams can get disorganized and knowledge isn’t distributed evenly.

Vantaca is very fast paced, and allows you to bring new ideas to the table. They aren't afraid to give solid feedback, and the potential they see in their employees is amazing, which means as an employee you are always growing.

Cons

Very fast paced, must be willing to bring your A game, and it can be intimidating.

Pros

Good software and the move all-in with AI at the right time were a game-changer. Great people- as with any company, there are some really good, genuine people.

Cons

From a sales perspective, it has been many years of constant changes in direction, leadership, strategies, and territory realignments. Vantaca has now been on its 4th CRO/CSO in 3 years, with multiple sales management. Some of these leaders have only lasted 6-9 months. before being fires or quit. Every time a new one comes in, it's a new strategy, comp plan (ever-changing). The territory alignment is led by marketing and revenue ops, who overestimate the true TAM with very little input from sales. This strategy leads to ever-shrinking territories with higher quotas. The result is very few people hitting their numbers, which leads to high turnover among the sales team. There are a few good territories where salespeople can be successful, but the rest will continue to struggle.
