      Great People Work/Life Balance Active & Healthy Fast Pace The People defiantly contribute to this amazing culture. A day doesn’t go by without me interacting with someone new, someone from a different department or one of our many visitors. We’re so diverse with a wide range of talent. You’re encouraged to be yourself.

      Cons

      Growing Pains Limited Privacy Limited training, which is changing If you come with a more traditional office background, adjusting could be challenging, but the reward is so sweet! What you’ll soon realize is this is an active work environment, you walk, you stand, and you move! Coming from a more traditional cubicle farm, it was awkward, but in a short time, being active becomes a part of your daily life.

      Pros

      Vari has a beautiful office and very small but appreciated perks and cultural events.

      Cons

      This company went through 5 years of pain, and every employee that has been part of it shows their battle scars. They let go of a vast number of very qualified and talented team members through the past few years and made do with a skeleton crew, and the results show. They lied about why a lot of the senior leadership left. They are no longer the high growth startup, and any chance of recapturing growth died in the hands of the CEO who couldn't be bothered to dive deeper into teams with obviously weak leaders. Competitors have eaten their lunch, poached their talent, and nearly every alumni of Vari is thriving once they left or were mercifully let go. This is not a sinking ship, this is a rowboat.
