Pros

Good base salary, good technology (although many strong & better competition)

Too many to mention. They just want robots, not humans. Only metrics focused. They want you to report daily with your activities by e-mail and when you are few mins late sending the email, you straight away get a notch from managers. HR once said "we know that, we are different and not for everyone"! Everyone is leaving the company, just look at the reviews before accepting a job. I couldn't even get my account list while I worked there but still carried the target to hit. Management had no response when I raised the concerns. They did literally nothing. Management is a joke. So unprofessional and not experienced. They don't know what they are doing. Micromanagement and toxic environment. No support at all. I was just so happy when I finally left Varonis after a short while. Terrible experience. If you like your career, really just stay away. I will remove this experience from both my CV and mind after a while. My manager brought his mate from another company and the lucky guy was given great accounts and already established opportunities to be closed. Never seen an unprofessional and toxic environment like that in my life. HR is a joke, they don't even listen to you.

Benefits are great, random gifts throughout the year, top notch team support

Company is so compartmentalized no one team has any idea of what is going on with another, which is specifically frustrating when it comes to pay/commission. They keep purchasing other companies without properly integrating into the existing product and have to basically re-invent how to use the full potential of said product to interact with what they already have, leaving a lot to be desired. Hiring new positions with specific goals in mind, but have the same title so are treated the same when it comes to OTE creating a substantial pay cut. Especially when they are brought in to make certain parts of the team and product better.
