The PS 4 is the best thing about it.... They sell you the dream in the interview, they even talk about metrics but don't really go into detail about how invasive the metrics are - it is all encompassing. I believe they are more interested in the metrics than selling the solution - which is proving more difficult as the days go by. The people as individuals are ok, no real "team" from leadership - they want you in the office every day now - as that is how sales is done. If you start to struggle seniors managements advice is to pick up the phone more, push more for a meeting - there is never anything constructive. You are always made to feel as though you are an inch from being sacked.
