The salary is not the best

Alternate schedules, flexible/autonomy hours (within the selected schedule), remote

Seasonal inventory. Massive OT for 3-4mos of the year (but that’s micromanaged) and 2-years in a row now clinical staff has had to take mandatory hour cuts. Last year 40 hours unpaid (without PTO), this year it’s 8h/wk for FTE, potentially 152 unpaid hours (if you don’t have PTO). The annual raises are laughable and might as well be removed from the overall compensation package notes since I will effectively be losing more than $3k in 2 years (not in addition to the pay cut I accepted when I was hired). Full time employment seems like a thing of that past. If you work an alternate schedule, you don’t get holiday pay if your “off day” falls on that observed holiday. No option to have a floating holiday or ability to take a different in the week. So it should also be removed from the overall compensation package.
