Vatica Health interview questions

I applied online and over a month later I received an email from a recruiter to schedule an interview. A couple days after scheduling I got a copy paste email from the recruiter stating “we’ve decided to move forward with other candidates whose experience more closely aligns with the current needs of the role” and then canceled the interview. I’m not sure why they even reached out if they thought my experience wasn’t “good enough”. Waste of time and unprofessional in my opinion.

The interview process consists of three rounds. The first two rounds are technical interviews, where candidates are assessed on their understanding of core concepts and problem-solving abilities. One of these technical rounds includes a coding component, requiring candidates to write and explain code to demonstrate their practical skills. The third and final round is a “greet and meet” session, which is more informal and focuses on getting to know the candidate better, discussing their background, interests, and overall fit with the team and company culture.
