      VaxInnate encourages innovation and promotes team work. Each individual's contribution is highly visible and well recognized. Company is small but nimble and highly efficient. Teams are supportive and management is strong. There is plenty of room for career growth.

      Cons

      The future of small biotech is uncertain. Project is dictated by funding. Sometimes it can be insufficient. Resource is limited and timeline is always tight.

      VaxInnate is a great place to learn, grow and develop. Great place for young scientists to gain experience and work with many brilliant men and women.
