First get the phone interview ask what kind of job I am looking for and what's my salary expectation. I simply ask how much they can offer according to my background. 75,000. Sounds ok, then set up a time to site interview. Do a presentation about my work and then take several questions. Then 1 to 1 talk to their senior scientist. then ask for references and then an offer. The offer package is too lean.
