Pros

The company truly does value your feedback. We recently had the opportunity to have a roundtable discussion with the new CEO and I brought up how their maternity policy was not competitive with other companies or respectful to parents. Within a few months, they heard from enough of us that they now offer 12 weeks 100% paid, which is a huge step from what they were offering before! The community is also a huge plus for me! I love the people I work with!

Cons

If you're new to the role or the corporate world in general, I think they need to get better at communicating from a level of understanding of where you're at with your knowledge and not where they are at. For example, if you ask a question, they'll answer it from an "I've been here for six years" level rather than a "back to the basics" level. I also think the pay could be more competitive for the role that we are in. I've seen some other CSM positions make a lot more, but I understand we all have to start somewhere!

We take feedback very seriously and the recent improvements to our family leave policy are as a result of feedback from you and other members of our team. Your feedback on communication is very important and we appreciate learning what we do not do so well in order to improve. Pros

It's a job and some of the people are great, remote/hybrid work for some employees

Cons

There is literally zero incentive to work hard or even try above the bare minimum. No real career paths or progression, no bonuses, nothing. Individual goals mean nothing and do not connect to larger company goals. Leadership is feckless and has to revisit the same decision constantly or has to make a decision involving way more people than necessary which means the final decision is bloated and difficult to operationalize. The company goals are not clear at all so work priorities constantly shift to whatever leadership has most recently decided, through a committee, is most important. There is basically nothing in terms of company culture. People don't talk to each other about anything. There is no fun in Teams channels. This probably stems from all of the above, that people do not feel at all connected to the company because they know they are not going to get anything out of it. Oh, and the benefits are abysmal.
