We are proud of that work and of the team members who support it every day.
Vector has implemented many positive changes over the years based directly on team member feedback, and we continue to welcome input across all areas of the business. We recognize that benefits, career growth, priorities, and culture can be experienced differently by different people. We do offer a comprehensive benefits program that includes health coverage, 401k support, flexible paid time off, wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, and other resources; Growth Pathways to help team members understand career progression; and companywide initiatives such as Team Member Appreciation Week, Vector Volunteer Week, holiday events, and special commemorations to help build connection and culture.
We also understand the concern around shifting priorities. Like many companies, Vector operates in an ever-changing economic landscape. As market needs evolve, we have to evaluate and adjust priorities to keep the business growing, serve our customers well, and support the team members who drive our success.
We will not dismiss feedback simply because it is difficult to read. We have meaningful work, a strong team, and a lot to be proud of, but we also have work to do. We appreciate your perspective and will continue working to make Vector a better place to build a career.
