Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and for the contributions you made during your time at Vector Solutions. We’re glad to hear that you felt equipped with the tools needed to succeed and found the role rewarding when putting in the work. That speaks to the dedication and ownership we value across our teams. We also appreciate your feedback around micromanagement. We recognize the importance of empowering employees to own their work while receiving the right level of support from leaders. As part of our commitment to Teamwork and Outcome Oriented values, we continue to invest in leadership development and feedback channels, including engagement and pulse surveys, to ensure employees feel trusted and supported in their roles. Thank you again for your time with us, and we wish you continued success in your career.

Pros

Coworkers are great, company offers a lot of opportunities that you may not get elsewhere, and the talent pool is largely fantastic.

Cons

Processes in place for changes and performance management don't always make sense. Gaps between managers and communication/decision making across departments and teams can cause significant issues.
