      Pros

      Video game and soda in the break room

      Cons

      Awful leadership from the top down. Greedy, clueless, and arrogant, with no respect for customers or employees. No vision, no leadership, crappy execution, and they just wing it as they go. CRO and VPs are dishonest and will tell customers anything to get them to sign a contract. Knowing full well that they don't have resources to deliver. No business being in the technology field at all. Amateur hour is putting it mildly. To anyone thinking about joining this dumpster fire - I'd say run, don't walk, as far away as you can.

      Pros

      - PTO policy - up-to 16 hours per month. - Work-from-home ability - Mediocre work load, allowing for motivated employees to use paid time for education/training - Employee loyalty - Annual parties - Monthly lunches - Competitive health packages - Annual company trip for highest performers or contributors

      Cons

      - Holding onto noncontributing employees - Expectation of continual knowledge, but no formal education or training curriculum - Horrible camaraderie between most departments - Solely sales driven with no desire for R&D into better technologies. Anything that looks good on paper will be sold regardless of whether or not it can be supported long-term. - Salaries seem to be focused more toward keeping money in the board member's pockets than holding onto contributing employees - Per the CEO - "The Operations department is a sunk cost." Unless you plan to join the Sales team or Finance team expect to feel disconnected from upper management.
