      Pros

      Culture here at Veracyte is wonderful. Upper management truly cares about your well-being, thoughts and ideas (stemming all the way up to the CEO Bonnie). Every single person in the company helps one another and no task or idea is too big or too small. Managers do not "micro-manage" from my experience, but are still actively engaged with their employees. The company is full of intelligent minds who truly want to make a difference in medicine. This company cares about patients and cares about its Employees.

      Cons

      Company is small so territories can be pretty big, which means a bit of travel.

      Pros

      I feel like the company genuinely cares about its people and patients. The work is fast-paced, rewarding, and the people who work here are incredibly smart and talented. Great benefits and competitive pay. Everyone here works hard but is fun and a genuinely nice person. The company is growing quickly and has a lot of potential, which is exciting to be a part of.

      The company is growing quickly so sometimes there are growing pains, which is understandable.

      Pros

      - Benefits- especially PTO and Holidays. We have a very generous package. I hope it never changes. Human Resources do what they do and are very communicative and listen to your concerns. They interact professionally and actually help to improve those issues. Management takes time to help improve the workplace by communicating and implementing some changes. They have a very generous open door policy’s. Work life balance is awesomez

      Implementation of workflows without prior communication. You know like a heads up.
