All worker bees are awesome. Hard workers with big hearts who care and take pride in there work.
Cons
CEO Chuck Pasareli and upper management are very argagant! They lied to us about wanting the company to succeed. The real reason the CEO was brought in was to squeeze as much money out of the company as he could. He was sent by the board to stop the bleeding not to make the company grow. They sold Costa Rica, they laid off the old timers that were making good money first. Then they cut back on everything including janitorial services. They are now running the Oceanside plant on a skeleton crew. They are doing the same at the El Cajon plant. Their earnings are not real earnings if you're only above the red because you laid off people. You're not really making money. There is no new business. It looks like If they don't sell soon they will file for bankruptcy and right it off. Or get shut down due to many quality violations. Their biggest customer hates them and it wouldn't surprise me if they replaced them soon.
