great learning experience. There is a thrill of having some crisis to solve each day. If you're into that kind of thing.
Cons
Most of the training is "in the fire", as in you jump into the world and figure it out. Benefits are not great, much of the staff is unhappy due to lack of acknowledgement and incentives
