Great company to work for

Not always busy and inconsistent at times

Exposure to the legal industry and the opportunity to work with attorneys and legal professionals.

Communication was often inconsistent, expectations could be unclear, and the contractor structure offered little stability or support. Training and onboarding could be improved, and it was sometimes difficult to get timely responses when issues arose. The role felt more reactive than collaborative, and there was limited opportunity for growth.
