Pros
P3 understands work-life balance and actually respect that. P3 is a startup company so there are a lot of opportunities that might not immediately exist. Biggest pro is that P3 is a company that listens and considers new ideas, provides regular and transparent communication and continually encouraging growth (both personally and professionally). Personally, I would summarise company core values in a sentence: Creating a better world and impacting the lives of others.
Cons
As a startup company, there are things that are evolving (office space, formalizing procedures) that come along with any startup company.
