      - Decent salary - Some good benefits (while they lasted) - Great team from mid-management level downward - Vibrant, energetic working environment and culture self-actualised at a ground level (no longer)

      Cons

      - Chronic disconnect between higher and lower management - Politics, stifling bureaucracy and intimidation from the top down - Poor understanding of the technology being implemented by the top line -Mass lay offs a few short months after mass hiring points to poor planning and strategy - Terrible treatment of staff in the lead up to redundancy

      Pros

      Great place to work if you want to work with modern technologies. Meaningful work as company is pioneering in providing autonomous driving taxi services (impact on urban mobility).

      Cons

      No hybrid or remote work is available by default (3 days in month you are allowed to work from home). This was a dealbreaker why I joined another company.
