      Family run, but up-ended by corrupt CFO - Onsite Audio Visual Technician Verrex Employee Review

      Pros

      Verrex had a family friendly atmosphere when I joined, they had a big Halloween party and everyone worked hard.

      Cons

      Company began coming apart in early 2012, when a big scandal by the ex-CFO caused a lot of financial damage and good people to leave. Since then the company has lost a lot of business and laid off 30% of staff . Folks still there think the place may go out of business next year.

      High cost for health coverage Pay scale does not quite match workload Minimal COL salary increases, no performance based bonuses High turnover for install and service technicians
