      Amazing coworkers - main factor for employee retention Supportive Managers - always offer advice and assistance Room for career growth and skillset development - promotions offered Good work-life balance, with hybrid work model (dependent on job function) Distinguished clientele - makes for interesting and engaging projects Opportunities to travel - domestic job sites Constantly working with evolving and innovative AV technology Passionate and engaging CEO - regards all employees like family Manufacturer "Lunch & Learns" - free lunch w/ product sales pitch in-office

      Great company to work with but things could be better.

      Pros

      Fantastic coworkers. Lax work environment. Great field of work for opportunities. 401k matching along with dental and vision.

      Cons

      Workload can be excessive given the resources allotted. Communication issues between departments. Pay scale does not feel appropriate for the workload.
