Pros
A lot of freedom and opportunity to learn various tests, unsupervised work after training, wide variety of different tests, and security is nice.
Cons
A few employees pipette concentrated nitric acid with little to zero PPE nor caution and fail to heed warnings and safety, fellow employees are very sensitive to new ideas as many of them have been working there for 10+ years, everything is very old, rusty, outdated, and looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in over 15 years.
