Pros
I am still relatively new to Vertellus but thus far they have been a wonderful company to work for. The best part is the people. We have a wonderful team at Vertellus. I have been with other unionized companies were there is a very adversarial relationship between the union and the company but here at Vertellus there is a great working relationship though out the entire site. Everyone in the company is extremely personable and great to work with. Another great aspect of working for Vertellus is the structure. As a relatively flat organization you have the opportunity to wear many hats and be actively involved in solving problems and making a meaningful contribution to the organization. At Vertellus you are not just a number but rather, you are a valuable member of the team.
Cons
Since the bankruptcy several employees are still voicing concerns about the future. From my vantage point, I am not concerned. I see the senior management team making all the right decisions to ensure continue growth and a strong future.
