Pros

Earning potential is there with little to no intelligence required. You can essentially be a "monkey" as the owner would put it.

Cons

You are expected to sit at your desk from 9-5 every day. It is applauded if you do not take a lunch and don't dare ask for time off, you will pay for it. Human Resources is located across the country in California. They (HR) works from home and have met a few select employees, but have had zero face time with most. There is no structure and the owner runs around chasing his tail most days, blaming staff for his lack of drive and "Executive Level" experience, which in turn leads to utter chaos and lack of repeat business.

Pros

I moved to Austin with only enough money for a few months rent. I took the first job that I was offered and I am still here 5 years later. This company has provided me opportunity, growth and great people to work with. I enjoy the work environment and have no plans to leave.

Cons

I currently do not have any particular cons to discuss in regards to Viametric. When I find myself upset about something with my job it is usually a reflection of my personal state of mind.

Pros

Really, there are some very good people that work here. The model is undergoing some changes. If you just want a standard day job, its an ok place to work. The owner is a very well spoken individual and truly wants the best for his company. I can attest to the fact that the place is very dynamic, and when a big contract comes in, there is money to be made.

Cons

Performance expectations, as an entire company, are very high. There are several reasons for this. As with many companies, the weight of this burden, overextending, falls on the front line: warm and cold call sales.
