      Pros

      The best reasons to work at Viber is the product itself, which is used by millions of users, prospect of taking part of developing this product and taking it to new heights, strong dev team, classy attitude to the employees who perform a good job

      Cons

      Some of the cons I can think of are strict requirement to go to one of the offices, lack of regular compensation reviews (although it depends on whether you're contracted directly with Viber or through intermediary company), legacy objc codebase you're likely to support (although the team is actively working to reduce percentage of legacy code), working processes which are 100% well organised and structured.

      Pros

      - Corporate culture - Interesting business trips - Existence of the year bonus - Payment for the lunches - Cool team buildings - Amazing team

      Cons

      - Salary increase per year is just 50$ gross (max is 200$ but in case you are promoted from Manager to Lead) - I had the same amount of the year bonus for the whole period of my work - No opportunity to work remotely from any other country, you have to stay in your country and go to office on a hybrid mode
