Will Get full knowledge of technologies because have to work with all task assigned to us at once on time.
Cons
Bad attitude towards employee's from higher authorities. Saturday working. One year bond period. Delay in providing salary slip, relieving letter etc documents to employees . No Provident fund and other allowances to employee Dull Environment. Hiring only to freshers with minimum wages . No Bonus . Only One day leave in month is permissible . No career growth or future here. Only One person handling all projects.
