      Pros

      Will Get full knowledge of technologies because have to work with all task assigned to us at once on time.

      Cons

      Bad attitude towards employee's from higher authorities. Saturday working. One year bond period. Delay in providing salary slip, relieving letter etc documents to employees . No Provident fund and other allowances to employee Dull Environment. Hiring only to freshers with minimum wages . No Bonus . Only One day leave in month is permissible . No career growth or future here. Only One person handling all projects.

      Pros

      In my first , I learnt a lot of new things - .Net forms, Web API, Whats App Integration, Integration with Mobile and Angular applications and tons of SQL Server . Even being a trainee was given ample responsibility. If you have yearning to learn, I suggest you should join this organization.
