Product is a VERY tough sell. Extremely expensive compared to competitors and status quo. If you can't find an ultra-luxury developer/owner who aligns with View's value proposition, you won't succeed. Also, View is relatively arrogant about their product, and blinded by their mantras (for example, they frequently state "Our windows are the only way for a customer to differentiate their asset". This is not true.) Another major problem is that the company is run by engineers, so their marketing isn't the strongest.
