      Ability to work on multiple projects and learn other functions Collaborative culture Great market space with all of the changes to healthcare Awesome perks: free lunch, snacks, good healthcare, 401k, etc. Culture seems to be turning around as management has recognized the problems that need fixing

      Leadership needed to improve transparency and frequency if communication. Leadership may have been slow to iterate on business strategies.... should have changed course more frequently perhaps.
