Got call from agency, she said they are open for salary , got all my details. Cleared two rounds of technical interview and then hr called for salary discussion she she has just two questions what is current and what is expected. Said I will check and revert. There is no other discussion or anything. She never ever turned back with any numbers. Worst part is agency poc was saying they can offer u max what u r earning currently. This is literally waste of time. This company is utilising Roche’s name to fool people. Very worst experience.

First this company will send you 3-4 problems to solve as an assignment and asked to complete it. when you will submit the assignment than an interview will get scheduled.
1-2 people will take interview on basis of assignment and your work ex.
They will try to make point that what ever you submit is not correct and try to make you feel insulted and humiliated.
and even you answer 10 out 8 questions they will say sorry we are looking for some that who knows so and so skills and tools.
No feedback you will get even mailing 2-3 times to HR.
