Pros
Most of the team is very warm, friendly, and welcoming while still expecting you to work as hard as you can. I really appreciated that approach and felt I was not just an intern but a member of the team.
Cons
A few members were distant, sometimes downright unfriendly to work with. As an intern I understood the importance each member focusing on their work because of course it's their job, and would offer assistant when it was an appropriate time. I was taken aback at the unfriendliness I felt from a handful as opposed to the otherwise great members of the company. It was uncomfortable during the company's weekly Friday Brandy or whatever that despite it saying its open to all employees I never saw any of the women attend during my entire time with the company.
