Pros
I have worked in MNC's and from last 4 years I am working with this company. It used to be a very employee friendly with almost all the good qualities of an MNC. But from last one year, it has been facing management turmoil due to which there has been high attrition of experienced employees. Nevertheless, mass recruitment of freshers goes on. Pros: 1. Employee friendly and transparent policies. 2. Above market salaries.(@the time of recruitment) But after that, you will be fully dependent on the Manager's ;). 3. Very good work-life balance (in most of the projects) 4. Good onsite opportunities(Depends on project)
Cons
Cons 1. The company is struggling to have a foothold in India. 2. From the learning perspective, there is not much to learn and grow 3. There is not much or trivial work for senior developers/Testers like me in many projects, as a result the technical skill set and learning-curve becomes stagnant. 4. There is a sense of job insecurity ever time. 5. Appraisals are totally dependent on manager's who don't bother about the skills or your work, they are just think about their favorite employee. 6. Not recommended if you want to have a stable and long stay here. But, I would recommend this company to freshers, as in this Company, for fresher's there are lot of things for learning perspective. Experienced employees should look for switch after 2-3 years.
