    Pros

flexible timings is obviously a pros, but you have to complete 45 hours a week.

    Cons

Flexible timings: You can come late but because of workload you have to stay late so you can not benefit from flexible timings
They don't know the difference between a good and a bad resource, all they know is to hire an employee in their budget
    too much politics
you will get promoted or get a good appraisal only if you share a good bond with your manager. It does not matter whether you are a five star performer or 3 star performer.
They have two years of bond with freshers

    Advice to Management

Management is busy in creating a good bond with their superiors.
    So no advice to management.

"Good company to start your career."

    Pros

    - If you can handle politics , its a good place to start your career.
    - you can get opportunities, depending on which project you get hired.
    - if you can handle bit work pressure, you can balance your work and personal life but its same everywhere
    - If you are focused in working, you can work on different technologies, there are people in the company who will inspire you in your career.

    Cons

    - there is too much politics( i know its everywhere in every organisation) but doesnt mean its not a con
    - HR department should be better trained in hiring so that they can actually judge like minded people who can adjust in the company and more focused in work rather than just negotiating salary ( It doesnt affect the top management so for you its easy to ignore but it affects people, nd sometimes you actually loose gud resource because of that(may be it doesnt affect company, but its a suggestion))
    - every second person is referral of somebody ( some times it gets onto ur nerves)
    - Middle management people arent trained with management skills, you need to pamper them ( happens every where but here its too much)

    Advice to Management

    - People stay for 2 years cos u have bonds, no body wants to get into mess of getting into fights with their companies so thats why they don leave even if they dont like it.
    - @CEO: Its strange the way you handle bad criticism here on glassdoor by telling them directly or indirectly that they should leave the company if they dont like it. True that they should leave, and people do leave but handling criticism like that is also not compassionate. Its a corporate world, nd its give and take relation. you provide job to them and they work for you. you are not doing favour to them. but responding to your reviews on public domain is not professional.
    - You might be a visionary person and actually wanting to appreciate deserving people but all others are not, and saying that they should come and discuss the problems is not practical. Walk in their shoes everybody cant take risk or be bold enough to complain about their bosses or management, thats the role of a CEO to make sure his or her vision and work ethics reaches to the root levels of the company.

    Pros

Nothing. Never seen in my tenure. Think of employees future before hiring. Don't think of only MONEY from client. My advice is don't look for these companies.

    Cons

Please DO NOT join this company. One of the worst in the IT sector. If you want to work for 3 or 6 months join. They can ask to move out at any point of time and no compensation. The worst part here is final settlement will be done after 90 days and one or more cheque, so it will be around 6 months totally. If you don't have any option and waiting for job from 3 to 6 months, then u can join for time being else don't take this company as top priority. No body cares and too much of politics. I can't tel everything here but please don't join this temporary organizations.

    Advice to Management
