4yThank you for taking the time to write a review. We realise how difficult it may be to be a part of a quickly expanding company. However, with a growing workforce and different teams and offices, appropriate strategy and planning are critical to the company's success.
We're sorry that you're dissatisfied with the yearly performance reviews and quarterly OKR procedure. Thus, we respectfully request that you contact the people team for assistance.
We are now working on adopting a global Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging strategy for Vinted's long-term growth, as you highlighted in your review. However, we never evaluate candidates to fill a gender quota; instead, we use a predefined neutral scorecard to choose the best cultural fit for the organisation based on abilities and experience.
