      Good staff travel perks some good destinations Crew are all amazing and supportive of each other Union you can join

      Cons

      Low pay Short trips (most 24hr or less layovers - occasional 2 night trips for west coast/Caribbean) Everything is a fight to get/have Low staff moral high staff turnover perks for staying with the company getting harder to achieve
