      Pros

      Crew are absolutely amazing, like a little family on every flight you go on, they are just out of this world. They make the airline.

      Cons

      Upper management who pay us and our CEO seem to think we just want to be away on holiday all the time, they also refuse to pay us a decent salary that’s in line with the market and other airlines.
