Thanks for your review. I'm sorry you didn't have a more positive experience, but glad you took away some positives.
Not surprisingly, I'm not quite aligned with some of your negatives--but clearly you've made up your mind. Sufice to say, there are organizations--and people--who aspire to be rewarded with additional work based on their performance. I've been watching Wimbledon this week---players who win are rewarded with an even harder match the next round. Funny how that works. As for the lack additional comp, I'm surprised to read that--I've ok'd promotions and increases nearly every year that I've worked here. Our last year without salary increases was 2002.
