My interview process with Verix was exceptional. Like most early-stage startups, there is still a lot to be figured out. This can be a huge "pro" as you can contribute to shaping the company and make a meaningful impact on all aspects of the business. It can also be a "con" as not everything is figured out, which can lead to more "error" than "trial." The reality is that you have to determine if you are a "start up" person or not, and if you are flexible and entrepreneurial.
