Pros

My interview process with Verix was exceptional. From start to finish, it was clear that this company is not only passionate about its mission but also deeply committed to creating a positive experience for candidates and employees alike. What stood out the most was the flexibility and attentiveness of the co-founders. They were incredibly accommodating, tailoring the process to ensure a seamless and personalized experience. Their genuine interest in understanding my background and aspirations made me feel valued, not just as a candidate but as a potential contributor to the Verix vision. Both co-founders bring impressive track records of building successful businesses, and their leadership is nothing short of inspiring; both are trailblazers in technology and truly entrepreneurial. Their expertise creates a dynamic duo that will drive Verix forward. Their ability to communicate their vision for the company was not only motivating but also gave me great confidence in the company’s future.

Cons

Like most early-stage startups, there is still a lot to be figured out. This can be a huge "pro" as you can contribute to shaping the company and make a meaningful impact on all aspects of the business. It can also be a "con" as not everything is figured out, which can lead to more "error" than "trial." The reality is that you have to determine if you are a "start up" person or not, and if you are flexible and entrepreneurial.

Pros

None as such, below average organization

Cons

1. Management tends to change the employee benefit policies in their favour on their wimps and fancies, commitments made to the employees are not honoured under the pretex of changed policies. 2. No work culture, no trust building. 3. Follows Hire to Fire strategy

Pros

Nothing as such that i've seen so far

Cons

1. No guarantee that promises made at the time of joining would be honoured 2. Any rule can be changed at any time retrospectively - e.g. was promised that 90% of the variable pay was guaranteed, later changed to nothing is guaranteed 3. Work culture is pretty bad, no personal - professional boundaries 4. Irrespective of what your joining letter says, you would be expected to work on all days, and all time zones 5. Yet to find PMF, but no structured plan as yet around the product or the value proposition
