There is always laughter in the office! - No micromanaging - Feel supported by my team all day, every day

Wouldn't call this a "con", but this company is not great if you: - don't like or have the patience to work for a startup - need deep-routed routines, rules or structure - aren't flexible or adaptable to last minute and on the fly changes
