Wouldn't call this a "con", but this company is not great if you:
- don't like or have the patience to work for a startup
- need deep-routed routines, rules or structure
- aren't flexible or adaptable to last minute and on the fly changes
Don't have to come into the office - can work remotely via telephone and cloud computing
Business is young - plenty of opportunities to distinguish yourself
Cons
No base pay - opportunities for commissions
Assignments are sometimes dull and repetitive - guess that's why they have the interns do it
