Pros

The people I worked with, they made it hard to leave.

Cons

Where do I start..first of all the number 1 reason I left is because the Dr. also the owner of the practice had a hard time paying bills. The accounts we had with frame and contact companies were always on hold due to overdue balances. Countless times I had to lie to patients that their order was on back order basically lie to their faces that made me very uncomfortable. Second is there is really no benefits to working there, they do not offer medical insurance and buying glasses from them would cost me almost as much as I would pay retail. I could go on and on but lastly it was the owner(the Dr.) she has to be one of the most unpleasant person I have encountered. These are just a few things on the list.

Pros

The pay was perfect for a summer job and had an environment that allowed me to flourish.

Cons

Their was no negative aspect of this job.

Pros

If you like to always be late, call out all of the time, skate by doing the bare minimum, be part of constant drama, have unlimited write-ups, be insubordinate with no repercussions it’s great for you!

Cons

Management eggs on harassment, owner has no involvement with her employees, poor training, unfairness across the board. In the year I was there we went through 6 front desk girls. Turnover is outrageous. Going above and beyond will get you absolutely nowhere.
