In general, I’ve found that the internal culture can be quite isolating. Additionally, I've perceived a degree of uneven treatment, with certain individuals seemingly receiving preferential treatment. There's also a noticeable hierarchical dynamic, where some individuals project an air of superiority, which can contribute to a less than collaborative atmosphere.
