No Vision, Old Web - Anonymous employee VisionWeb Employee Review

A typical overworked IT shop - maintenance of old web apps with several "fix-one-break-ten" type of issues with weak QA practices. Continuous stretched hours with no comp-offs. Too much engineering turn over has left with few specialists. Clueless/immature management leads to frequently changing plans and processes. Some foul-mouthed colleagues make you feel like you took kids to the wrong movie. Hard working folks, but didn't see much passion. Many folks hired from a previously failed company, carry same mindset.
